Looking For Furniture And Howard Miller Clocks

My family and I recently moved about two hours away from where we used to live, and much to my mother's dismay, when we got to the new house we had hardly any furniture to move in to what seemed like the biggest house I have ever seen. Well, much to the dismay of my father and I, my mother gave us the job the next day of going to the local city to find some stores and buy some new furniture.

Well we got up the next day and went to JC Penney, Thomasville furniture, Ashley furniture, and even a Home Depot expo that was in the city for the day. Even after we looked through all of these stores and spent the whole day running around, we found nothing whatsoever. I mean, we looked through curio cabinets, Lacy furniture, Waterford crystal, and even Helmsley furniture, and we found nothing at all that we liked enough to buy.

So, much like any other guy would do, we made things easier on ourselves. We went home and got on the Internet and looked up different furniture names. The first thing we came across was Howard Miller Clocks. Now, we knew this had to be a good site because the first page we came across had a picture of Ty Pennington on the front, and apparently he advertises for them.

Well, my mother came over to check out what we were looking at, and much to the surprise of both my father and I, she was excited that we were on that site because one of the first things she wanted to buy was a new clock.

Well, after going through the entire Howard Miller Clocks website, we finally found one that we could all agree on. It had a nice dark cherry finish, and it also had nice maple and ebony marquetry overlays on each corner. The feature about the clock that put all of us over the edge was that it was a key wound clock, and we always thought it would be nice to have a wall clock that was like that.

If anyone out there is looking for a grandfather clock or a nice wall clock with good quality and reasonable prices, I would have to suggest Howard Miller Clocks. The products they sell, from what I have seen, are just simply unbeatable and anyone who does not have one is really missing out.
